Oakridge and Oakridge Estates

Oakridge Community AssociationThe communities of Oakridge and Oakridge Estates are bounded to the north by the Glenmore Reservoir and Weaselhead Natural Area, to the east by 24 Street W and the communities of Palliser and Pump Hill,to the west by the Tsuu T'ina First Nation Reserve and to the south by Southland Drive SW and the community of Cedarbrae.

Convenient access to schools and the events and services available at the Oakridge Community Association make this area great for families, and the beautiful Glenmore Reservoir and Weaselhead Natural Area are a nature lover's dream.

Oakridge was under the jurisdiction of the Municipal District of Rocky View until being annexed to the City of Calgary in 1956. It was established as a neighbourhood in 1968.

Palliser

Palliser-Bayview-Pumphill Community AssocationPalliser is bounded to the west by 24 Street SW and the community of Oakridge, to the north by 90 Ave SW and the community of Bayview, to the east by 19 Street SW and the community of Pumphill, to the south by Southland Drive SW and the community of Braeside .

Enjoy the Tom Brook Athletic Park or the Palliser-Bayview-Pumphill Community Association, and the same easy access to the Glenmore Reservoir and Weaselhead Nature Park.

Named after John Palliser, an early explorer and geographer of western Canada, the neighbourhood was established in 1967.
